I subscribed to try product and decided I didnt want it. Recieved reminder that they would take a payment and I clicked the support link to cancel the subscription and it brought me to an error page. I went online to try and do it myself - I thought it worked as I got the screen shot below, but this did not work. Then they took payment and have not responded. I have just been made redundant and cannot afford this - I hope no-one else suffers like this - this, this is appalling.
This software is so unbelievably lacking in basic features of Word and is so incredibly glitchy that it has taken me probably 5 times as long to create a report in canva as I could have in Word or Powerpoint. You can't even use superscripts, something very common in "reports"! Don't get me started on the frustrating cursor glitches or the way it randomly pauses saving your file (another time suck - redoing work!). Just don't use this. I am doing a free trial and praying that they don't take my money like other reviewers on here have suggested. Ugghhhh.

I cancelled pro plan. And they turn around three days later took the money out of my account at 12:04am. All they have to say is this matter is closed. Of course it is they got what they wanted. Now i have to change accounts because who is to say they wont do it again.
Iam Designer who can use canva platform for making An Amazing Design, what you have to know that is canva is helping me in my business to grow my desgin and be creative.
Canva suddenly deleted my Canva Pro subscription without my consent. When I ask them for restoring my subscription, they stop replying my emails.
I tried to send them multiple (more than 5) emails, but they chose to ignore my request and not helping me out.
Now that I’m sure this company is a scam. Once you paid, they won’t help you because they got their money already.
We used Canva once but when we went to shut down our account we were unable to, as somehow the account was under an out of date email address, which was super odd. After being charged $20 per month for several months and multiple messages to Canva customer service, I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Poor customer care from Canva.

Charged incorrectly for a pro membership. Canva has been giving me the run around for months after sending multiple emails that they would refund. DO NOT USE this app
I ordered some cards from this company and told them I did not get them and they are still not here and they have not given me my money back, but they had the nerve to bill me talking bout your card for your monthly service declined update your payment method, I wish i would, I meant to take my card off there, when I get my cards I might reconsider but this company has disappointed me to the max. Maybe the worse customer service ever. Entered a small print job and the order came and was done right. Reorder the same job, no changes and it came incorrect. I went in site and requested it be redone. Got automated response that it was being looked at. No response. Requested again. No response. Emailed three times and no response. Two weeks later and no response from them.
I needed this job and they blew it with a bad print job. But what made it worse is a total lack of any response.
Would recommend no one use them for anything critical or that is important .
Stay with a local printer you can trust. You might pay a little more but it will be done right and done on time.
I have been a loyal user of Canva for 3 years. I have had them print designs for me a handful of times and my last order was botched. Elements were flipped and shifted and elements that were supposed to have high transparency had low transparency.
I have a Canva Pro account with a 24 hr SLA (print orders also have a 24 hr SLA). It's been a week and the only responses I've received are automated. A corrected re-print would no longer arrive in time. Needless to say, I don't recommend having Canva print your materials based on the end result and the lack of customer service. Based on other reviews it sounds like the running average is 5 MONTHS for a response from Canva.
Canva should invest more in their customer support and less in their packaging. I don't need gift wrap, I need service.
Got asked have we received the Air Pump x yet...A big no...nothing back in 4 months...took money in October 2020...Bank Statement doesn't lie!!!

Husband on our anniversary. It was BEAUTIFUL and perfectly made. Great quality, very sturdy, & the text was etched without error. We LOVE it! Very worth it, and such a great deal! Highly recommend
I wish I had seen all those one star reviews before I started dealing with Canva. If you ever make the mistake of paying Canva, they will raid your account forever, even though you canceled your account. Canva are totally dishonest. No integrity. The service itself is clunky and mostly useless, that is why I canceled.
